The pandemic stopped sports in its tracks, leaving many of its loyal fans clamoring for their return. Over the past few weeks, several professional leagues have returned to action. This includes the NHL, who put a plan in place to make the Stanley Cup playoffs a reality for 2020. On this episode of The PVDcast, I am joined by fellow hockey enthusiast, Luc Landry, to talk about this year’s playoffs. We discuss how the playoffs have a different structure, which teams have a shot to lift Lord Stanley’s Cup and some of the concerns about playing during the pandemic, despite lots of safety and security protocols.
