World Class Championship Wrestling was one of the most innovative and tragic wrestling territories in history. The promotion was centered on the Von Erich family and their exploits in the ring. Sadly, many of their exploits out of the ring is what lead to the downfall of this legendary promotion. On this episode of The PVDcast, I sit down with Steve Goldstein, a screenwriter who penned a movie about the Von Erichs. Steve discusses how the project got started, why it stalled, his working relationship with Kevin Von Erich and even how Vince McMahon tried to interfere with the screenplay.
